Why should I create an account with you?

We highly recommend creating an account at checkout so you can have the best customer experience possible. Having an account simply means two things:

1. your address and contact information is saved and does not need to be populated each time you make a purchase; and
2. you can easily track you orders, and make returns requests, through your account.

How do I change my address?

You can update your address by logging in to your account, clicking on view addresses and choosing to edit/delete or add and address.

Note: changes to address won't apply to existing orders.

What do you do with my account information?

Our privacy policy is really detailled about what we do with any information collected on our site, but if you don't want to trawl through the legal speak, here's the short answer:

We will only ever use your information to fulfill your orders and send you marketing emails (if you don't opt out). We will never sell your details or spam you.

How do I reset my password?

It's simple! Just head to password recovery and follow the prompts. It should only take you a few minutes to complete.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us using your preferred method and we will delete it for you within 1 business day.

What currency will I be charged in?

We process all orders in Australian Dollars (AUD).

How long does it take for you to process my order?

We instruct our suppliers to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Our suppliers process and dispatch the items in 2-3 days.

You will receive an order number as soon as your order is processed.

How can I track my order?

Head on over to your account and select the order you want to track to see where it's at.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel, or change your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Please contact us at with your name, order number and specific request.

After 12 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it. However, once you receive the order you will be able to take advantage of our hassle-free returns policy.

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

We can also accept electronic funds transfer, but that adds time to us fulfilling your order as we need to wait for funds to clear before we ship the product.

How secure is your payments portal?

As our Site is powered by Shopify, we have Certified Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance. Rest assured all payments are SSL-encrypted and secure.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing! We offer completely FREE shipping on all our products, to all countries.

Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! We ship worldwide, provided it's legal to do so.

Where do you ship from?

That depends on the product you've ordered.

We partner with suppliers that have warehouses all over the world - this includes Australia, Canada, China and USA, just to name a few! This list is not exhaustive though because we're always on the hunt for new and exciting products.

How long will it take for delivery of my items?

This depends on where your product is coming from, and where you are located. Usually, it will take 10-21 days for orders to arrive.

Will I have to pay a customs fee or import duties?

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs fee, but it really depends on where you are located and if you've ordered a bulk quantity.

Please note, due to new EU VAT rules, there may be increased duty to pay on packages arriving to EU member states.

What if I need to return or exchange my product?

It's simple. Our 30 day hassle-free Returns Policy covers you when you need it.

Do you really donate $2 for every product sold?

We sure do!

We started this business to do more than just make a profit. You can test us on this by making a purchase or a direct donation on our Impact page and watch your contribution to the real-time impact.

Do you charge higher prices to cover the donation?

Absolutely not! The donations come from our bottom line and we don't charge our customers more for it. Our business is focused on doing good, and not maximising profit.

What's the catch?

No catch!

We want to support some amazing organisations that do life changing work. What we're asking you to give is your patience for a longer delivery time than say mammoth "rainforest" businesses that don't have the same socially driven model.

Can you evidence the donations made match the impact calculator?

We certainly can. Transparency is important to us so just ask us!

Can I make a donation without making a purchase?

Yes! Just head over to our impact page and scroll down to choose your donation amount.

Where will the 40% of donated profits go?

We have an idea of where we'd like to donate, but we don't want to commit to any organisation(s) yet until we know how much there is to go around. What we do know is that at least 40% of profits will be donated to local organisations that provide tangible support to those in need.

And before you ask, yes! We will absolutely share details publicly when the donations are made.

Where will the remaining 60% of profits go?

It takes money to keep the business running, so the remaining profits will be reinvested, but if we can donte more, we will!

The more sales and profit we can make, the more we can give, and the more good we can do.
